The Women in Leadership Luncheon (WILL) is a signature event that proudly celebrates and honors the women who lead, inspire, and uplift our communities.

Launched in 2003, this annual luncheon recognizes women across San Diego County who demonstrate exemplary leadership, integrity, and community impact. From business professionals to nonprofit leaders and civic changemakers, our nominees and awardees represent a true honor roll of achievement and character.

Each year, WILL welcomes hundreds of attendees—including community leaders, elected officials, and supporters—for a powerful program featuring inspirational keynote speakers, heartfelt recognition, and unmatched networking. The heart of WILL lies in the stories and achievements of its nominees, who embody the very best of what leadership can be.
