The San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce has created a Business Development Resource Center in the Chamber offices. The Resource Center is open to anyone who requests support in creating and maintaining a successful business.  Free counseling is available at our office with a SCORE representative.  Score is a national association of active and retired businessmen and women who volunteer to share their expertise with small businesses, as well as new business startups.  The Chamber staff schedules appointments and makes arrangements for the counselors.  We handle the mailing of flyers and the marketing of the workshops. This resource center is free to everyone and open to all of East County, one is not required to be a member of the Chamber.
