East County's largest health fair. Co-Sponsored by the San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce, Grossmont Healthcare District, Sharp Grossmont Hospital and Grossmont Center.  Booths will span the mall with information and health screenings for shoppers and attendees. Free admission, free health screenings.
