The Goals of the program are to identify and motivate current and emerging leaders committed to the betterment of East County while acquainting participants with East County's assets, needs and challenges. To provide a forum to promote, provoke, discuss, and resolve challenges with experienced community leaders. The program encourages active community involvement, whether it is strong business leaders, through public service, non-profit organizations, or volunteerism - people who make a difference in the community as well as increasing personal awareness and confidence.
