Home > Chamber > Programs >EthicsABOUT THE CHAMBEREthics in Business The Ethics In Business Program, presented by the Business Education Committee of the San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce was developed by the El Cajon Chamber of Commerce to stimulate and educate high school seniors about situations and dilemmas that occur in the workplace. Chamber members participate by facilitating with one other member and 6 high school students as they discuss ethical dilemmas presented in a workbook during a morning session. All twelve schools in the Grossmont Union High School District participate in the half-day program with 120 students per session accepted. This program was awarded the" EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP AWARD" by the California Foundation for Commerce and Education. To volunteer for this program contact the Chamber at (619) 440-6161. |
